This was a really useful book. I have some experience with espresso and pour over and found that this did present information in a way a beginner can use but was still worth it for someone with some experience to dive deeper. The author also lists a ton of resources to continue to explore after finishing the book. It was very approachable and easy to read and would definitely recommend to a beginner all the way through someone who has more developed skills.

Perfect guidebook. Save countless hours scouring the internet for an incredibly concise guidebook on how to get the best out of your pour over coffee. Highly recommend for advanced brewers and especially as a guidebook for people looking to learn how to get into the world of 3rd wave pour over coffee.
